Tiramisu

This recipe is for a small container, non-traditional, low sugar Tiramisu. I also add links to ingredients I trust. To see a summary video go here.
INGREDINTS
119 ml Double Cream (heavy cream)
100 g Mascarpone Cheese
170 ml Espresso Shot
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Vanilla Paste or Vanilla Extract
1 T Maple Syrup
12 Lady Fingers
Cocoa Powder to sprinkle on top
Chocolate Bar for shaving
INSTRUCTIONS
Gather all your ingredients and your container, I used 18cm x 6cm, 640 ml.
Prepping: Make your espresso and pour it in a dish that will fit your lady fingers. Add the cinnamon and stir in, set aside.
To make your filling - in a bowl add your mascarpone and whisk to get it smooth and a little soft. Pour in the cream, vanilla and maple syrup. Whisk till it thickens just a bit, this will take a few minutes.
Assemble: Soak one lady finger at a time, turn several times before adding to your dish. Layer the bottom of your dish with soaked lady fingers.
Next, spread a layer of your cream filling. Do this 2 more times till you get 3 layers. You should end with cream on top.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and shave the chocolate bar till desired layer of chocolate.
Fridge overnight.
ENJOY! This probably won't last long..........
